Southgate Public School is proud to announce that Mrs. Betty Ginn, our school secretary, has been selected as the December Staff Member of the Month.
We asked Betty to share her connection to Southgate and a little about herself:
"I first formed a connection with Southgate when my husband, Steve, and I enrolled our granddaughter, Kay (Kaylee), in kindergarten here at Southgate. She attended Southgate until graduating from 8th grade. She is now enrolled at Northern Kentucky University and is double majoring in secondary education and art/design.
I started working at Southgate in the 2018-2019 school year.
We are also very blessed to have our children, Mindy and her husband Jason who live in Louisville, with their daughter Ella Grace; Lee who lives in Safety Harbor, FL, with his fiancé Mindy and son Lukas; Garrett who lives in Covington; Christopher and his wife Gabby who live in Loveland, OH and have recently blessed us with our 6-month old granddaughter Josie.
I enjoy gardening, hiking, the beach and walking our family dogs Toby and Molly.
I truly enjoy working at Southgate! Go Lions!!"
