Coaches: Greg Duty & Jason Mertens

Remember all athletes (K-8) must have a current physical on file to practice and compete. A copy may be given to the coach, but must also be given to the school nurse.

Remember it's very important to hydrate during the day prior to practice.  Also, please wear light clothing and bring water or sports drink with you to practice.


When:  6 PM - Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
